Send the request below and we permanently erase your account and everything logged against it — food, training, measurements and coach history. There is no recovery afterwards.

Request deletion
Use the email address you sign in to Hewn with, so we can match the request to your account.
What gets deleted
Everything below is erased from our systems and from your device the next time the app signs out.
- Account and sign-in credentials
- Profile — age, height, weight, goal, targets
- Food logs, saved meals and scanned photos
- Workout plans, sessions and set history
- Body measurements and progress photos
- Coach chat history and generated insights
- Health Connect data synced into Hewn
What stays, and why
A small amount of data survives deletion because we’re required to hold it or because it no longer identifies you.
- Encrypted backups — cycled out within 90 days
- This deletion request — kept 12 months as proof we acted
- Anonymous usage counts — not linked to you, kept indefinitely
Data you exported yourself, or that Hewn wrote into Health Connect on your device, stays where it is — delete that through Health Connect.
What happens next
- Straight away You get a confirmation email. If it wasn’t you, reply and we stop the request.
- Within 7 days Your account is closed and you’re signed out on every device.
- Within 30 days All data listed above is permanently erased from our live systems.
